Lets just say I am on a mission!I have been back training hard again.I went out and got a really cool toy! haha! (not a toy that needs double "d" batteries lol )I bought a really nice dimaond back moutain bike to start going on bike trails with some friends of mine. Im hoping this really gives me an outdoor workout I have been looking for. I also got a machine called Cycle Ops ,It's a great way to use your bike indoors and still get the resistance you need. I have been able to get my cardio in every day and the results are already showing. Thank god for muscle memory! I have also been doing awesome with my diet lately.I am really happy and proud of myself that I have been doing so well with everything! Whoohooo!! Its just the begining! Funny thing is that it has translated over into my personal life as well. There has been so many things going on in my life lately.Im switching things up this week ,so you will be able to catch me on cam later in the evenings!

Aveda & Shape's Initiative Towards A Better World:

Did you know that when bottles are recycled, their caps (which can't be processed by recycling machinery) are often cut off and thrown away, ending up in landfills, oceans, rivers, and too often, in the mouths of baby sea animals? This causes the animals to either choke or end up with bellies full of plastic, which eventually leads to death due to malnutrition.

What can you do to help?

From March 10th through May 10th, Aveda stores will be accepting any and all of your hard plastic caps (e.g. from bottles of water and soda, laundry detergent, facial cleansers, shampoo, etc.). To participate, visit aveda.com/stores to find an Aveda store location near you. Don't see one within driving distance? Mail in your caps instead to: Aveda Re-Cap Program, ACA Waste Services, 40 EADS Street in Babylon, NY 11704. Bonus: Bring in 25 or more caps and you'll receive a free sample from one of Aveda's hair or body-care lines (limit one per customer).

Please Join the Eco-Cause and save hundreds of baby seals, penguins, and turtles!

I’ve somehow managed to avoid being sucked into watching any shows that ended with a Season .I've never been the type to get into shows that get me all worked up and than left with so much anticipation and the end of the show ,Im counting the days down to find out whats going to happen in the next episode!! That just drives me insane.. Lost was one of those shows that I heard so many people talking about that by the time I started to give a care about the show —a new season started — I realized that in order to catch up, I would have to watch nearly 50 continuous hours of episodes..So ,even if I wanted to watch , I couldn’t! I just dont have enough time to sit at home and watch countless hours of tv ... But..... I just could'nt help myself . I just started watching season 1 and I already have season 2 ...I know season 3 just came out ,so that means I have alot of catching up to do! I started watching season 1 last night about 9 pm .. I was so into it that by the time the clock hit 4 am I had to call it a night.
The show Lost starts by a plain traveling from Austraila to Los Angeles crashes leaving 48 survivors on an island with no sign of civilization or hope of being rescued all the survivors of a plane crash must work together to stay alive. The plane had lost communication and was 1000 miles off course when it went down, so it is not likely that they will be rescued any time soon. They all are trying to figure out what they are going to do next for survival at this point .. I can;t wait till tonight to see what happens next! I have a new addiction LOST ..If you dont see me here in the evenings ..Im now caught up in my lost show ..and for all of you that are watching season 4 dont ruin it for me ..haha all be catching up soon!

This isn't asking how many hours you chat, just how many hours your IM is on, ready to go, sitting online and open on that screen in front of you, perhaps behind this screen that you're reading right now.

Whew! I had a very long day yesterday. I woke up around 8ish and was busy busy busy until 9:30pm. Have you ever been so busy and you haven't really ate all that much because, well, your too busy to feel hungry? well that was me .... No wonder active people tend to be thinner!
I work out all the time and I kinda get bored with it from time to time ... So about 20 minutes ago a thought brought me to the computer. "I must have burned a ton of calories today!" So I went online to find a calorie burner calculator and I typed in what I did and for how long I did it for.

And the results were:
You burned 1865.50 calories,
Congratulations!
Our entire staff is in awe of you!
Yay!

This morning I showed up at the animal shelter as they were opening there doors .All night I couldnt sleep !As soon as I got there I checked every kennel they had to make sure brutice wasnt there waiting for me! I even asked the front desk if there was any dogs that were in the back ..There was one male fawn pug about the same age as brutice ,but about 10 lbs heavier and the markings were completly different! He was so adorable! He has three people on the adoption list ready to take him home ,if his owners dont claim him.I really hope he goes to a good home! I promised myself that if brutice wasnt there id be going home alone...everytime I go to the shelters I want to take all the doggies home with me!
Thank you so much to everyone that has showed there support and keeping his search alive!
