Well, I’m feeling 99% better now, thank god! I haven’t really been doing much of anything but resting and taking it easy this week..I even took the week off from the gym too ,which is sooo not like me! The last couple days have been pretty hot outside! I spent the day laying out by the pool catching up on a few books I've been wanting to read for a couple months now! I never have enough time to read anymore .;( I'm always so busy!! Yesterday I was out by the pool listening to my ipod and I got up to do a quick dip into the water to cool off and I forgot I had clipped my ipod to my bathingsuit bottoms duh!! I have all my music backed up on an external hard drive ,so im not to upset! well..just a little bummed ..I've had it for awhile and not even sure what's new out there now..If you have any suggestions on which one to get let me know .. I have alot of music ..and I almost can't live without it at the gym! Tomorrow night I'm going out with Serena to have some cocktails!! So, we’re going to this italian resturant down by the beach ..I’ll probably have a few drinks,since I won't be driving!:)

Hey everyone. I’ve had a really nice day today! I went to get my nails and pedicure done, than went to have sushi... I ordered the yellow jacket sushi roll. and of course my favorite crunchy roll.so yummy! I normally try to stay away from fried foods ,but today I just couldn't resist..It's a shame it taste so damn good and so bad for you too:( I only get one cheat meal a week)...that was it no more till next monday.hehe..I posted some photos in twitterpix ,so make sure you check those out! Hey everyone!! Good morning. :) I got out of bed about 7:45am ,took chloe to the dog park before I headed to the gym ..I didn't sleep very well last night..Yesterday was leg training, and im always restless on those days.. Does anyone know why this happens? I’m back on a strict diet again and it stresses me out! All the calculating, all the planning on what to eat and when exactly to eat it.. I get amazing results when my diet is in check, but it drives me insane having to keep on it everyday..I used to give myself a cheat day once a week ,but now there are no cheat days at all till august :( oh boy!

Hey everyone !
So… things have been a little crazy for me the last several days… but everything is going pretty well. I ended up going out friday night with some friends ,we started the night watching naughty dancers at the stripclub than we all went dowtown. Saturday night my friends son though a house party ,we all ended up drinking and playing beer pong all night. I had a really good time ,not to mention when you get me behind the bar you are bound to get a good drink:)

Saturday night I was invited out to Jimmy Loves to hang out with a couple of my girlfriends downtown on 5th ave..I wasn't planning on even going out for cinco de mayo weekend at all.,but when you get a bunch of girls together you're just bound to have a great time!...It can get a bit crazy! Luckily it wasn’t too crowded, and the drunks weren’t TOO out of control. I might consider a career change and become a bartender!

I met up with some friends for dinner at Bondi last night. My girlfriend just started performing there on wed nights ,so we went to check out her live band play! Than after we headed to a local bar for more drinks and dancing..Didn't get in till late last night..I still managed to get up early this morning and go to the gym! Monevie must be really working,because I just started taking it about 2 weeks ago.I have had so much energy lately just taking it twice a day. If you haven't tried it yet, make sure you do! I had previously cut my hair a little shorter. now it's just starting to grow back out..it's making a come back ..lol

Friday night was my mom's surprise birthday party and saturday I was trying to recover from it all. I normally don't drink , but I couldn't miss out on this special occasion! We all had such a great time patying it up all night:)
I'm leaving in a few weeks to vegas which im really excited about.I can't wait to see all my cousins ..

Relaxed and Rejuvenated :
I've been working out really hard the last couple of days,but when I wokeup this morning I couldn't move ...I felt every muscle in my body ache,so today I booked an appointment and went to my favorite Korean spas and had the best massage ever!
I usually get the purification scrub and oil massage ,but this time I had the deep tissue massage! Oh Man ...I'm going to have to start getting those more often!
I feel alot better now!

I just got home a little bit ago from the gym..I'm exhausted now! I'm going to take a hot shower and than lay in bed and cozy up with chloe tonight... it's been a mellow weekend for me ,not really to much going on! I did find out today that my cousins are flying into vegas to meet me there in a couple weeks! I can't wait to get together and have some girlie fun ! Today was my first day back to the gym after having to drive up to vegas last week to pick up my brother. He was in a bad car accident on the freeway .Ughh people need to slow down!! The minute my mom got the call,we drove up there to pick him up.. We made it to vegas and back in one day! Yeah crazy huh ... who does that ? I wish we could have hungout and chilled there at least over night...I'm just soooo Thankful my brother walked away without a sratch ! THANK GOD! I seriously don't know what I would do if anything ever happened to him!
On the way back I couldn't resist stopping by my favorite pastry shop for some goodies..Hehe ..I hadn’t had a cheat snack in over 4 weeks , so I felt I deserved something sweet! I ate every last bite and don't feel bad about it at all!!:)

So,last night I didn't get to bed till 4 am ,I was up late editing a bunch of girl/girl content and getting the forum updated..I have some new photos going up in the fanclub this weekend too..It's been a really busy week for me ,my workout schedule takes a big part of my day ,cooking all my meals and making sure I get enough sleep everyday ..it has been a tough week(but I feel good(sore) all over)!!!

Last night I made some yummy salmon cakes for dinner and some blueberry muffins...soooo good! Tomorrow, I’m meeting a friend at the beach to go bike riding ,other than that that’s about all I have planned this weekend. A friend of mine told me to check this new show on Spike Tv called" 1,000 ways to die. I'm thinking it's probely alot like those movies that came out years ago called "Faces of Death"..There were a series of them made,from what I understood the movies were banned from a few countries years ago..I watched the faces of death IV when I was a teenager at a sleep over ..I told myself for my own sanity I will never watch anything like that ever again! I mean really who wants to see actual on-camera deaths of a variety of animals, including seals being clubbed to death and animals being killed on the slaughterhouse line! NOT ME!!It makes me sick to my stomach just thinking how cruel people can be! So, today I came across an article about spike tv and again it was talking about this new show ,so I went to check out the online website to see what people had to say about this new show on spike tv...

Hey everyone!
I had a great time this trip. The weather was perfect and I had a great time the entire visit. The first night was Friday, and we didn’t really have any plans to go out that night… so we we went to the lounge and ordered appetizers and some drinks and just chilled,then a friend of ours that I haven't seen in over four years called us and asked if we wanted to meet up and party! Im so happy we went,it was a blast! They must have been making some strong drinks that night ,because serena and I were feeling it by the end of the night! Thank god our hotel was close by..
We were suppose to go out on saturday night ,but we were pooped from having 4 hours of sleep the night before and ended up just ordering breakfast in bed and lounging all day. We were invited to go to a birthday party than to a mansion after party that started at 1 am and even thought about trying to make it to that,but we were so tired we ended up just hanging out at the hotel and surprising all our members online and played till about midnight. hehe! that was FUN!!!
Sunday morning on the way home we stopped and had breakfast at this cute cafe on melrose than I hit the road and stopped at the pet store, and now I’m back at home snuggled up on the couch watching tv...I hope everyone has a great week!
