Hi everyone, I hope you’re having a good week so far. I’ve been busy getting caught up with work,and I have several projects going on right now!

Most of you know I have always had strong passion for all things fitness and nutrition. I have always considered myself to be healthy and physicaly fit,which brings me to writting this post.. I will be starting a fitness blog to share my daily nutrition and workout journal with you. This blog is more like a journal for myself but also an open window for my readers to see what I'm eating each day (both good and bad!), see my improvements with exercise, and to discover some yummy recipes that are not only good for you but also yummy as well - that's very important! I'm working on getting the blog uploaded to my server so once it's up I will post the link here for you to check it out!!

A friend of mine told me to check this new show on Spike Tv called" 1,000 ways to die. I'm thinking it's probely alot like those movies that came out years ago called "Faces of Death"..There were a series of them made,from what I understood the movies were banned from a few countries years ago..I watched the faces of death IV when I was a teenager at a sleep over ..I told myself for my own sanity I will never watch anything like that ever again! I mean really who wants to see actual on-camera deaths of a variety of animals, including seals being clubbed to death and animals being killed on the slaughterhouse line! NOT ME!!It makes me sick to my stomach just thinking how cruel people can be! So, today I came across an article about spike tv and again it was talking about this new show ,so I went to check out the online website to see what people had to say about this new show on spike tv...
Here is the clip I watched and I wont be watching anymore of them !!

Hey everyone! Hope you are all enjoying the rain! I'm actually one of those people that don't mind driving in bad weather..I guess that's because I got used to it when I lived in new mexico. When it rains in california it's not really a big deal ,not to mention a few days out of the year you apperciate the nice weather change! I just got home from serena's and while I was there I was able to get some really hot new content for my members and some girl/girl video too! Hi everyone! I hope you had a great weekend. Mine was really good,I was able to take a ride on my bike up the coast and get some sunshine! It has been absolutely beautiful outside..I am such a lucky girl to live in such a beautiful place...
