Lets just say I am on a mission!I have been back training hard again.I went out and got a really cool toy! haha! (not a toy that needs double "d" batteries lol )I bought a really nice dimaond back moutain bike to start going on bike trails with some friends of mine. Im hoping this really gives me an outdoor workout I have been looking for. I also got a machine called Cycle Ops ,It's a great way to use your bike indoors and still get the resistance you need. I have been able to get my cardio in every day and the results are already showing. Thank god for muscle memory! I have also been doing awesome with my diet lately.I am really happy and proud of myself that I have been doing so well with everything! Whoohooo!! Its just the begining! Funny thing is that it has translated over into my personal life as well.There has been so many things going on in my life lately.Im switching things up this week ,so you will be able to catch me on cam later in the evenings!

Wow... What a week it has been!
Well a hell of a lot has changed, which most of you know about by now!
Everything is finally done! I had a shower cam installed ,which was suppose to be done last week,but came across a few techy issues!Shower cam will be live for members!I have POV cam for those that are into that sort of thing too!(See my Club Diary) for all the other stuff I added! Im so excited how everything turned out! Hope you guys all the like the new changes!!I also activated my software to use LiveStream last night! :)I can do live shows thru windows media (livestream)

Tomorrow my friend Jenny is coming over to visit. Which should be awesome! I haven't had a chance to visit with her since I helped her move to her place, So it should be a good 'quality' visit. I know I need to start working on my tan. It's so beautiful out to layout by the pool!I love summer!!!

Hey everyone! I wanted to update you and let you know I wont be live for the next week or so..I'm making a few changes to Members area of the Club: My shower webcam set up will be back up and running ,along with more live members webcam shows! I've also been working hard on getting high definition videos in Members section.. Videos will be added every week to Members area too... Tomorrow I have my hair done by ada in the morning ..She has been doing my hair for ever now..God I love her!! Than monday I have a a tax appointment ,which I have been putting off .. this time of year sucks !! This last week I've been staying up way to late watching lost! I'm getting to know each of the characters strories in the last episodes .. It's so intresting how they all had something to with eachother in there lives before the crash ..I can't even imagine whats going on right now in season 4 ...I can't wait to see what happens! Anyway.. I've been lazy today and just working on the computer. Im working on a new project that im sooo excited about! Tomorrow I'm going to the spa and shopping! I’ve somehow managed to avoid being sucked into watching any shows that ended with a Season .I've never been the type to get into shows that get me all worked up and than left with so much anticipation and the end of the show ,Im counting the days down to find out whats going to happen in the next episode!! That just drives me insane.. Lost was one of those shows that I heard so many people talking about that by the time I started to give a care about the show —a new season started — I realized that in order to catch up, I would have to watch nearly 50 continuous hours of episodes..So ,even if I wanted to watch , I couldn’t! I just dont have enough time to sit at home and watch countless hours of tv ... But..... I just could'nt help myself . I just started watching season 1 and I already have season 2 ...I know season 3 just came out ,so that means I have alot of catching up to do! I started watching season 1 last night about 9 pm .. I was so into it that by the time the clock hit 4 am I had to call it a night.
The show Lost starts by a plain traveling from Austraila to Los Angeles crashes leaving 48 survivors on an island with no sign of civilization or hope of being rescued all the survivors of a plane crash must work together to stay alive. The plane had lost communication and was 1000 miles off course when it went down, so it is not likely that they will be rescued any time soon. They all are trying to figure out what they are going to do next for survival at this point .. I can;t wait till tonight to see what happens next! I have a new addiction LOST ..If you dont see me here in the evenings ..Im now caught up in my lost show ..and for all of you that are watching season 4 dont ruin it for me ..haha all be catching up soon!

You could draw a picture or use any photos from my yahoo group or fanclub website.You can make a cartoon animation , create a playdoh stage diorama, anything! Originality is going to be a big factor in the judging. When you're done, just scan or take a picture of your art, and send it to Fanart@VanessaVelez.com
The top FOUR artists (chosen by Me) will receive a feature on my blog and on myspace website which will include the artwork and an interview with the artist!

All submitted artwork will be featured in my"Fan Art" album on Myspace with credit to the artist too!

Winners will be announced on April 1st.
