Happy Easter!
Friday night was my mom's surprise birthday party and saturday I was trying to recover from it all. I normally don't drink , but I couldn't miss out on this special occasion! We all had such a great time patying it up all night:)
I'm leaving in a few weeks to vegas which im really excited about.I can't wait to see all my cousins ..
I hope you all have a nice, relaxing Easter Sunday!!

Relaxed and Rejuvenated :
I've been working out really hard the last couple of days,but when I wokeup this morning I couldn't move ...I felt every muscle in my body ache,so today I booked an appointment and went to my favorite Korean spas and had the best massage ever!
I usually get the purification scrub and oil massage ,but this time I had the deep tissue massage! Oh Man ...I'm going to have to start getting those more often!
I feel alot better now!

Hey everyone!
I just got home a little bit ago from the gym..I'm exhausted now! I'm going to take a hot shower and than lay in bed and cozy up with chloe tonight... it's been a mellow weekend for me ,not really to much going on! I did find out today that my cousins are flying into vegas to meet me there in a couple weeks! I can't wait to get together and have some girlie fun ! If you are from vegas or ever traveled there and know of any great places to try while im there let me know! When I get back I will have some candid photos to post inside members area of my fanclub too!

Today was my first day back to the gym after having to drive up to vegas last week to pick up my brother. He was in a bad car accident on the freeway .Ughh people need to slow down!! The minute my mom got the call,we drove up there to pick him up.. We made it to vegas and back in one day! Yeah crazy huh ... who does that ? I wish we could have hungout and chilled there at least over night...I'm just soooo Thankful my brother walked away without a sratch ! THANK GOD! I seriously don't know what I would do if anything ever happened to him!
On the way back I couldn't resist stopping by my favorite pastry shop for some goodies..Hehe ..I hadn’t had a cheat snack in over 4 weeks , so I felt I deserved something sweet! I ate every last bite and don't feel bad about it at all!!:)

So,last night I didn't get to bed till 4 am ,I was up late editing a bunch of girl/girl content and getting the forum updated..I have some new photos going up in the fanclub this weekend too..It's been a really busy week for me ,my workout schedule takes a big part of my day ,cooking all my meals and making sure I get enough sleep everyday ..it has been a tough week(but I feel good(sore) all over)!!!

Last night I made some yummy salmon cakes for dinner and some blueberry muffins...soooo good! Tomorrow, I’m meeting a friend at the beach to go bike riding ,other than that that’s about all I have planned this weekend. I have a lot of work to catch up on anyway, so it will be better I stay in this weekend. If you haven't checked out my bodyspace,make sure you do!!

Hi everyone, I hope you’re having a good week so far. I’ve been busy getting caught up with work,and I have several projects going on right now!

Most of you know I have always had strong passion for all things fitness and nutrition. I have always considered myself to be healthy and physicaly fit,which brings me to writting this post.. I will be starting a fitness blog to share my daily nutrition and workout journal with you. This blog is more like a journal for myself but also an open window for my readers to see what I'm eating each day (both good and bad!), see my improvements with exercise, and to discover some yummy recipes that are not only good for you but also yummy as well - that's very important! A friend of mine told me to check this new show on Spike Tv called" 1,000 ways to die. I'm thinking it's probely alot like those movies that came out years ago called "Faces of Death"..There were a series of them made,from what I understood the movies were banned from a few countries years ago..I watched the faces of death IV when I was a teenager at a sleep over ..I told myself for my own sanity I will never watch anything like that ever again! I mean really who wants to see actual on-camera deaths of a variety of animals, including seals being clubbed to death and animals being killed on the slaughterhouse line! NOT ME!!It makes me sick to my stomach just thinking how cruel people can be! So, today I came across an article about spike tv and again it was talking about this new show ,so I went to check out the online website to see what people had to say about this new show on spike tv...
Here is the clip I watched and I wont be watching anymore of them !!

Hey everyone! Hope you are all enjoying the rain! I'm actually one of those people that don't mind driving in bad weather..I guess that's because I got used to it when I lived in new mexico. When it rains in california it's not really a big deal ,not to mention a few days out of the year you apperciate the nice weather change! I just got home from serena's and while I was there I was able to get some really hot new content for my members and some girl/girl video too!
