Hey everyone! So I’ve had quite the busy month… My trainer and I meet up four days out of the week and the other two days I'm on my own, which is nice since I have the time to take advantage of training outdoors.I have been running 5 miles and than doing some cross training at the stadium stairs on those days...it's a killer workout ,but so worth it! I'm happy the weather is finally clearing up here too , we have had some gnarly weather this past week..It's monday and the sun is poking through the clouds, I can feel summer coming right around the corner..I can't wait!!

Also,I just finished shooting a ton of content for a client of mine last week..I'm trying to make more time to get behind the camera again!! It's a passion of mine that I love so much ..She was so pleased with the photos,that she has hired me to shoot her again next weekend:-) I love my JOB!!!

Hey everyone. I just got back from having greek food for dinner. sooo yummy! hehe! My diet for the transformation I started a few weeks ago has been so plain and boring , its nice to have something delicious for a change!. For example, My meals are chicken breast ,veggies, brown rice and lots of protein shakes ...pretty boring to me! I have been so tired these past couple of days too,the cold weather and rain doesn't help at all.. I set my alarm at night so I can get up and get the day started early,but I keep pushing snooze button to get a few extra minutes of sleep in. My personal trainer/coach has been pushing me to limits I have never been to before and I'm lovin the change already! I have 13 more weeks to go as of Monday..and I'm counting the days down so far my body fat is down by 2% this week ....Thank you for all the support everyone has been giving me!

Well, I’m feeling 99% better now, thank god! I haven’t really been doing much of anything but resting and taking it easy this week..I even took the week off from the gym too ,which is sooo not like me! ONLY benefit to getting sick is being able to stay in bed all day and watch movies..Grey Gardens staring Drew Berrymoore. Wow!!just WOW.. based on a true story ..it's a total chick flick ,but really good!! It's Friday! I’m in my kitchen on my laptop waiting for dinner to finish cooking before I head out to the gym for my 2nd cardio session of the day! I just got back from having japanesse food and doing some shopping at the mall! I was able to find those shiny latex leggings I have been talking about!!
