Do you use instant messengers?

Instant messanger has been a wonderful way for me to keep in contact with friends and family over the years I have noticed that I depend more and more on messengers than I did a few years ago, I have noticed I use it everyday..How many hours a day is your IM active? This isn't asking how many hours you chat, just how many hours your IM is on, ready to go, sitting online and open on that screen in front of you, perhaps behind this screen that you're reading right now.

Whew! I had a very long day yesterday. I woke up around 8ish and was busy busy busy until 9:30pm. Have you ever been so busy and you haven't really ate all that much because, well, your too busy to feel hungry? well that was me .... No wonder active people tend to be thinner!
I work out all the time and I kinda get bored with it from time to time ... So about 20 minutes ago a thought brought me to the computer. "I must have burned a ton of calories today!" So I went online to find a calorie burner calculator and I typed in what I did and for how long I did it for.

And the results were:

This morning I showed up at the animal shelter as they were opening there doors .All night I couldnt sleep !As soon as I got there I checked every kennel they had to make sure brutice wasnt there waiting for me! I even asked the front desk if there was any dogs that were in the back ..There was one male fawn pug about the same age as brutice ,but about 10 lbs heavier and the markings were completly different! He was so adorable!He has three people on the adoption list ready to take him home ,if his owners dont claim him.I really hope he goes to a good home! I promised myself that if brutice wasnt there id be going home alone...everytime I go to the shelters I want to take all the doggies home with me!

It's been very lonely around here since brutice has been gone; it will be 6 months on the 31st of this month . Can you believe it! There isnt a day that goes by were I dont think about him! I miss him so much which brings me to writting this blog so late ..I received an email from a women named shannon ,saying that she had seen a pug at the animal shelter that matches the description I posted awhile back when brutice was missing. Im so excited right now ,Im tempted to drive-thru a starbucks and wait till they open there doors at 8 am.It would be miracle if it was him..Im not going to get my hopes up ,but all let you all know tomorrow! I pray to god its him and I can bring him home were he belongs!

Hey everyone, I have managed to get online today! I'm not feeling that great:-)Sniffles!I started getting sick on sunday after the game ,started with a cold than turned into a fever..seems like everyone around me is getting sick! It's kind of bad timing, cause I still have tons of stuff to do this week!..I've been taking it as easy as possible! I started working on the new Fit Club ,which is looking smoking Hot! Hey guys! Im starting to feel alot better,thankgoodness! I finally made it back to the gym today and ohh boy it feels so good to workout again! I really miss that time I give myself every day no matter what I do if thats it I feel like I did a whole lot! I've been relaxing all weekend enjoying a few days off before I get back to work mode again ..The next few weeks will be busy for me ,catching up on the shoots I had planned for the fanclub before I got hurt !Im really excited ,these are going to be my best ones yet! If you have been into videochat you might have noticed a video tech issue with cam..It's fixed:-) I did an upgrade and things are looking much better!

Hey Guys! Hope you all had a good weekend!Im taking some time off to pamper myself this week! I have a hair appointment with my favorite hairstylist on thursday! My good friend has been doing my hair for almost 9 years now! When we get together it takes 5 hours in that chair. She says I have so much hair thats why it takes so long ..ummm I say it's becuase we talk to damn much!!!! haha I think Im going to go for the blonder look this time with some low lites! Ohh im so excited I love getting my hair done! Then, tomorrow I have to get up early and meet up with my doctor to check out my ankle!I'ts feeling so much better! I've been trying to lay low the last few weeks,keeping my foot elevated and icing it every 20 minutes or so hoping that my ankle will heal up soon!I'm still having a hard time putting any pressure on it!Gosh this sucks! The past week has been rough for me! I sprained my ankle :-( I went to the doctors to make sure I only sprained it and didn’t do anything worse. My doctor said I have a severe sprained ankle and I should stay off my foot for a few days, well a few days has turned into over a week now! I was running up some stairs to fast and I slipped and fell, I'm stuck hobling around on cruches!! The last few nights I haven't been able to get a good nights sleep,it's been really painful. I hope the coming days it will get better,or else Im going to have to go back to the doctors on monday.Since I have some time off I will be working on site stuff and getting everything updated..
