The last couple days have been pretty hot outside! I spent the day laying out by the pool catching up on a few books I've been wanting to read for a couple months now! I never have enough time to read anymore .;( I'm always so busy!! Yesterday I was out by the pool listening to my ipod and I got up to do a quick dip into the water to cool off and I forgot I had clipped my ipod to my bathingsuit bottoms duh!! I have all my music backed up on an external hard drive ,so im not to upset! well..just a little bummed ..I've had it for awhile and not even sure what's new out there now..If you have any suggestions on which one to get let me know .. I have alot of music ..and I almost can't live without it at the gym! Tomorrow night I'm going out with Serena to have some cocktails!! So, we’re going to this italian resturant down by the beach ..I’ll probably have a few drinks,since I won't be driving!:)

Hey everyone. I’ve had a really nice day today! I went to get my nails and pedicure done, than went to have sushi... I ordered the yellow jacket sushi roll. and of course my favorite crunchy roll.so yummy! I normally try to stay away from fried foods ,but today I just couldn't resist..It's a shame it taste so damn good and so bad for you too:( I only get one cheat meal a week)...that was it no more till next monday.hehe..I posted some photos in twitterpix ,so make sure you check those out! Tomorrow I hope it's nice and sunny to go to the beach!! I haven't been at all this summer and chloe needs to get out and mingle with her dogmates! :) It's been a long day ,off to bed ! Hey! Sorry I had to postpone my cam show yesterday. I had a girlfriend from out of town staying with me this weekend. All of us ended up going out to dinner than ended up going to a club after for dancing and drinks.

Hey everyone!! Good morning. :) I got out of bed about 7:45am ,took chloe to the dog park before I headed to the gym ..I didn't sleep very well last night..Yesterday was leg training, and im always restless on those days.. Does anyone know why this happens? I’m back on a strict diet again and it stresses me out! All the calculating, all the planning on what to eat and when exactly to eat it.. I get amazing results when my diet is in check, but it drives me insane having to keep on it everyday..I used to give myself a cheat day once a week ,but now there are no cheat days at all till august :( oh boy!

Hey everyone! I worked most of the morning, then my good friend nikki came to visit me for awhile. We headed out to lunch than we went to the mall to do some shopping.I didn't get in till really late. I have to be up early tomorrow for my photo shoot in the morning..I can't wait to see how the pictures turn out... Hey everyone !
So… things have been a little crazy for me the last several days… but everything is going pretty well. I ended up going out friday night with some friends ,we started the night watching naughty dancers at the stripclub than we all went dowtown. Saturday night my friends son though a house party ,we all ended up drinking and playing beer pong all night. I had a really good time ,not to mention when you get me behind the bar you are bound to get a good drink:)
I had a fun party weekend and now it's time to get some work done ..I hope you all are having a great week so far!

hey everyone!
Saturday night I was invited out to Jimmy Loves to hang out with a couple of my girlfriends downtown on 5th ave..I wasn't planning on even going out for cinco de mayo weekend at all.,but when you get a bunch of girls together you're just bound to have a great time!...It can get a bit crazy! Luckily it wasn’t too crowded, and the drunks weren’t TOO out of control. I might consider a career change and become a bartender!

I met up with some friends for dinner at Bondi last night. My girlfriend just started performing there on wed nights ,so we went to check out her live band play! Than after we headed to a local bar for more drinks and dancing..Didn't get in till late last night..I still managed to get up early this morning and go to the gym! Monevie must be really working,because I just started taking it about 2 weeks ago.I have had so much energy lately just taking it twice a day. If you haven't tried it yet, make sure you do! My next live cam show for members is tonight at 8pm pst!

Hi everyone.. I’m sooo excited! It's girls night out tonight , going to dinner and than out to a local bar to have drinks! I have been so busy lately I haven't had any time to spend with my girlfriends..I've been training the last few months getting ready to compete in my first figure show this august..if everything goes as planned,but this week it's all about having a good time:) Serena's birthday is this weekend..I have a special day planned out for her...it's going to be a busy week and weekend forsure..I had my hair done a few days ago and went platinum blonde too.. I had previously cut my hair a little shorter. now it's just starting to grow back out..it's making a come back ..lol
